Side Effects

The following are all the side effects that we are aware of. Most of it may not be experienced by many people. Some people may experience none of the side effects.

• Frequent and more regular bowel movement is normal, which is because of the intestinal channels that is busy to be cleaned.
  Diarrhea can be experienced, not necessary at the beginning only. Should you experience this, reduce to one capsule every third night and consume a lot of water. Should the diarrhea not stop, discontinue the use of the capsules immediately until it stops.  You can then start consuming the capsules
  again after 1 week.
• You may experience gas and flatulence during the first days of treatment. This is because your bowel is full of stale and rotting fecal matter and the capsule causes intestinal and gut irritation. At night you take it and in the morning eat yogurt, you will feel wonderfully during the day. Once your body is done purifying these will disappear gradually. Bloating may be experienced and is also normal in your first few days of treatment as the body is still assimilating to the new product and also that the product is a mild laxative as well. Not every person experiences bloating.
• During a few days, you may experience muscle aches (similar to muscle pain that occurs during exercise). This is because it is easier to burn body fat in these areas, and these parts will reduce volume quickly. Also, this muscle pain should subside in one week.
• In some cases, you will notice some hardness in the body, or in the breasts, this is a normal reaction since they are accumulations of fat that are being prepared and then eliminated.
• You may experience headaches, this is due to the presence of ketones (molecules that our bodies produce when we burn large amounts of fat, either from your diet or your body), and is activated because it deprives glucose in our body. To help reduce the symptoms we recommend that you consume antioxidants and essential fatty acids such as omega 3 and omega 6, (soy, fish, corn, squash, fish and nuts), it is also recommended to eat one or two oranges a day to recover glucose and vitamin C.
• Fatigue may be experienced.
• Because the gut is busy getting cleansed and our bowel movement is significantly more, therefore, we can lose potassium levels. Without this mineral, we feel exhausted and sleepy. Bananas are a rich source of potassium and with one banana a day you will be up and going. Other potassium-rich foods are beans, soybeans, peanuts, carrots, squash, etc, if you eat these you will not have any problem of lack of potassium.
• 1 In 500 people may experience swelling – mainly in the ankles. This is due to a lack of circulation of blood. Reduce to one capsule every third night and do 15-20 minutes of exercise daily. Try to keep your feet above your heart level when asleep by placing pillows under them. The swelling may also be due to water retention and your body may gain some weight which should come down as soon as the body stops retaining water. Should the swelling be anywhere else, you could be allergic to the main ingredient of My Health Slimming Seed Capsule, the Nuez de la India seed. You may keep on taking the Capsules every third night, with medication for allergies. Should the swelling not go down, stop taking the Capsules completely.
